Our 1%+ Pledge of Giving Back. Being a small company, giving 1% of profit isn’t all that much. Therefore we decided to give more than 1% of our most precious good: time. How do we do this? We integrate community work with our professional work, at every opportunity.

Besides teaching them actual skills, we work on build their confidence, praising their talents and efforts, and daring them to step up to the plate of shining in front of big group of buddy boys in tech. And they are doing it, we can proudly say. And they are learning to enjoy technology.
We lead the Brighton Salesforce User Group
As 2 of the 3 official Brighton Salesforce User Group – organizers, we work on furthering the CRM, Pardot but also project management and related skills to our Brighton, UK community.
Refuge Support & Other Random Acts of Kindness
When visiting our clients in/near Brussels (it’s our gateway to the Benelux-France), we simply bring along in our suitcase whatever is needed to the many, many refuges there. Be that used blankets or toys to the refuges. Most homeless shelters need men shoes and socks. Then also tend to welcome canned foods & fresh fruit. The Red Cross refuges help centre is next to Brussels North Station.
Giving, our Corporate Social Responsibility
One of the great things we’ve always admired of Salesforce is its corporate social responsibility. That charter started with its 1% Pledge of Giving Back to society: Giving back 1% of profit. Donating 1% of employee time. Giving 1% of equity to charitable causes to strengthen the community through its foundation.
Salesforce was however not our first inspiration of corporate philosophy. That honour goes out to Anita Roddick. Decades ago, in hip Brighton, UK, she started a no-packaging cosmetics business, and relayed her story in her bestseller book ‘Body & Soul.
With no animal testing and only ingredients that are good for human bodies. She called it The Body Shop. We love how she made business an art and a soulful pursuit, recycling packaging and omitting harmful products in her range.
